By using our website or services including ride options, errands, and subscription plans, you agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

3. Using Our Services

  • You must be of legal age or have guardian consent to use our site or purchase services.

  • Our services must not be used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  • Unauthorized access, interference, or malicious activity (e.g., viruses, hacking) is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Availability & Pricing

  • All services, including subscriptions, rides, and errands, are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  • Prices may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion.

  • Confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

5. Service Area

We proudly serve Tallahassee, Florida, and surrounding communities within our designated service zone. Requests outside this area may be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional travel or mileage fees. Please contact us in advance for eligibility confirmation.

6. Payment Policy

  • All services must be paid in full prior to service, unless otherwise specified.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment platforms.

7. Booking & Payment Policy

  • After submitting your questionnaire, a personalized quote will be provided within 24 hours.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your quote to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 2 days prior to the scheduled service.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.

8. Pickup & Timeliness

  • Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

  • Drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

  • Additional wait time beyond this may result in extra fees.

  • No-shows or significant delays may lead to trip cancellation and associated charges.

9. Safety & Conduct Guidelines

  • Riders must comply with all driver instructions to ensure safety.

  • Seatbelts (where available) must be worn at all times during the trip.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, open containers, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.

  • All clients must treat drivers, passengers, and staff with respect and courtesy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service immediately if behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or violates policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Non-Allowable Tasks

For the safety and security of clients and staff, Pinq Pedals does not perform the following:

  • Errands involving illegal or unethical activities

  • Tasks involving hazardous materials

  • Banking or financial errands unless explicitly pre-authorized

11. Personal Information & Privacy

Your personal data submission is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and branding on this site, are the property of Pinq Pedals or our licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

13. Third-Party Links

We may provide links to external sites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content, security, or policies.

14. Limitations of Liability

Services are provided “as is,” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinq Pedals from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of services or breach of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Liabilities incurred prior to termination remain effective.
