Q: What services do you provide?

A: We offer reliable personal errand services (such as grocery runs, prescription pickups, deliveries, etc.) and organized 1-day getaway trips to parks, beaches, casinos, attractions and more.

Q: How do I book a service or trip?

A: You can book online through our website. Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm the details with you directly.

Q: How much notice do you need for bookings?
A: We recommend at least 72 hours in advance, but same-day service may be available depending on our schedule.

Q: What areas do you serve for errands?
A: We currently serve Tallahassee, Florida and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm if your location is within our service zone.

Q: How do I pay for items purchased during an errand?
A: You  pre-pay for items. Payment for our service fee is separate and can be made via cash, card, or digital payment.

 

Q: Do you provide receipts for purchases?
A: Yes, all receipts are returned to you for transparency.

Q: Are tips required?

A: Tips are not required but always appreciated if you feel your service was exceptional!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: For errands, cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. For trips, we require at least 48 hours notice for a full refund or rescheduling.

Q: Are children allowed on the trips?
A: Yes! Children are welcome, but anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise noted.

Q: What happens if I pay the deposit and later decided not to go?
A: All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is forfeited. My time is valuable, and I’m dedicated to serving clients who are serious about booking. So please make sure before you book.
