We operate within Tallahassee, Florida and surrounding areas.
Additional fees may apply for errands outside this zone.

  • All errands must be paid in full before service is provided (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Payment links are sent after confirmation.

  • Multiple payment options accepted.


๐Ÿ•‘ Cancellations (Errands)

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.


๐Ÿš— Wait Time

We value your time and ask the same in return. Please be ready at your designated location on time.


๐Ÿงพ Purchases on Your Behalf

  • Clients must prepay for all purchases made during errands.

  • Receipts and change (if any) will be returned upon delivery.

  • We do not cover item costs upfront.


๐Ÿšซ Non-Allowable Tasks

For your safety and ours, we do not perform:

  • Illegal or unethical errands

  • Tasks involving hazardous materials

  • Banking/financial errands (unless pre-authorized)

๐Ÿ’ผ Booking and Payment Policy

  • After submitting your trip questionnaire, a personalized quote will be sent within 24 hours.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving your quote to secure your spot.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 2 days before the scheduled trip.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel.


๐ŸŒŸ Conduct and Safety

  • Clients must act respectfully toward drivers and passengers.

  • No smoking, alcohol, or illegal activity is allowed in the vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to end the trip if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.


๐Ÿงณ Liability

  • We are not liable for injury, lost items, or damages during the trip.

  • Clients are responsible for their own belongings.


๐Ÿ”’ Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All personal and trip info is kept strictly confidential.

  • We do not share info without your consent, unless required by law.

  • Our practices comply with applicable data protection laws.

Your comfort and satisfaction are top priority.
If you have any issues during or after your trip, contact us right away and we’ll work to resolve them.


๐Ÿ•‘ Cancellations & Changes (Trips)

  • Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a refund (excluding deposit).

  • Changes to trip details must be communicated at least 48 hours before.

  • We may cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, vehicle issues) and will offer a refund or reschedule.


๐Ÿš˜ Pickup & Timeliness

  • Be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup.

  • Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes after the pickup time.

  • Extra wait time may incur fees.

  • No-shows or delays may result in cancellation and fees.
